finche le spese di mantenimento del database saranno sostenibili l'app sarà disponibile

What should I do if I find a stray pet?
First thing to do in case of stray pets is set them in a secure position,
away from streets or any other cause of danger.
We should verify if pet is provided with an identification number
and report it to the relevant departments.
Local police will display pets data ( and the office where it has been registered)
entering the identification number in canine registry.
This app will allow everyone to display owner’s data immediately,
if they are registered in our database, entering the microchip number.

This app is not a substitute for the canine official registry.
Our database grows with single registrations, more people and pets will register,

REGISTRATION

Perche iscriversi
L’efficacia di questo servizio è direttamente proporzionale al numero di utenti registrati.
Invita i tuoi amici ad iscriversi e segui la nostra pagina fecebook,
maggiore sarà il numero di microchip inseriti, più alta sarà la possibilità di ricongiungere
un cane ed il suo proprietario in caso di smarrimento.
In questo modo si supererà l’attuale difficoltà di comunicazione tra gli enti competenti ed i proprietari
( orari di apertura degli uffici, giorni festivi, recapiti non aggiornati ecc).
Questa difficoltà genera innumerevoli problemi:chi trova un cane vagante è cotretto a lunghe attese,
spesso i cani recuperati vengono collocati temporanemente presso stalli di fortuna o spostati
da una parte all’altra , oppure vengono presi in carico dal servizio sanitario e portati in canile
in attesa che gli uffici preposti riescano a rintracciare i proprietari.
La nostra app consente di iscrivere rapidamente il proprio cane in archivio e accedere ai dati inseriti
in qualsiasi momento in modo semplice e veloce.

Come funziona l'app AccAsA
Questa applicazione NON sostituisce il database della anagrafe canina nazionale e regionale.
Il nostro archivio cresce grazie all’iscrizione volontaria di privati cittadini,
più cani e proprietari saranno isritti, più efficace sarà l’applicazione.
ISCRIZIONE
L’iscrizione comporta l’accettazione del regolamento sul trattamento dei dati sensibili.
I dati inseriti (nome e numero di telefono) sono associati al numero di microchip del proprio cane e
risultano visibili soltanto se viene inserito il numero di chip nella sezione TROVA.
In questo modo chi dovesse rivenire un cane vagante dotato di chip avrà la possibilità di contattare
direttamente il proprietario,
evitando lunghe attese dovute ai tempi burocratici, se questo sarà iscritto nel nostro database.
Il numero massimo di iscrizioni che un utente puo fare è limitato a 6 perchè questa versione è pensata per offrire un servizio ai privati.
TROVA
Per accerdere alla sezione TROVA non è necessario essere iscritti nel database.
In caso di ritrovamento di un cane vagante, dotato di chip, basta inserire il codice identificativo
nello spazio apposito e attendere.
Se il cane ed il suo proprietario sono iscritti compariranno i dati personali e un recapito
telefonico da contattare.
Il nostro archivio cresce grazie all’iscrizione volontaria di privati cittadini,
più cani e proprietari saranno isritti, più efficace sarà l’applicazione.

Se il cane ed il suo proprietario sono iscritti compariranno i dati personali e un recapito
telefonico da contattare.
Cosa fare se si trova un cane vagante
In caso di ritrovamento di un cane vagante la prima cosa da fare è mettere in sicurezza l’animale,
allontanandolo da eventuali strade o pericoli di altro genere.
Dopodichè dovremo verificare se il cane sia o meno dotato di microchip,
tramite un lettore scanner in possesso di tutti gli ambulatori veterinari e della polizia locale.
Appurata la presenza di chip si potrà procedere alla segnalazione alle autorità competenti
tramite denuncia di ritrovamento.
Il cane potrà essere preso in carico e trasferito in canile sanitario
in attesa del ricongiungimento con il proprietario.
Inserendo il numero identificativo dell’animale nel sito dell’anagrafe canina regionale o nazionale,
verranno visualizzati i dati del cane e l’ufficio Asl di competenza presso il quale è stato registrato.
A questo punto l’ufficio Asl provvederà a contattare il proprietario per comunicare l’avvenuto ritrovamento.
